Description

This relatively modest house is unique at the time of writing in the UK in being the first constructed from glueless CLT. In place of the usual layers of glue between the laminates of the CLT panel, the laminates are held together by screw-cut beech dowels. This means there is no off-gassing of the glue in production or in use, and at end of life the timber may be more readily re-used.
